The gym actually wasn't hot as hell today, so I wasn't dying during my run. so my pace was a bit faster than usual. Left hip was giving me some trouble, just going around the corners though. maybe cause of how sharp the track is? Wish we had a 1/4 track on campus somewhere. oh well.
I'm set to do a 10k mock-meet this Saturday, so i'll do this easy this week.
