Congratulations on my first interval run!
I had no idea what to expect, but that was both painful and entertaining. I took the first interval way too fast--I just couldn't believe how fast my feet were flying -- but halfway through this became extraordinarily wheezy and painful. I really had to push myself to complete it, and recovery took longer than would have been ideal.
The easy runs were fine, my legs were burning after the first interval though.
Second interval was a lot better overall and much more sustainable.
I am really pleased with the outcome of my first interval run. I can run faster than I ever would have imagined.
