Not bad at all.
First mile was a little faster than usual. Rather than stopping for water after the first lap I made myself push it through. At about 1.5 I got a sharp pain in my neck and shoulder and later on a bad stitch in my side. Barring the pain I would have turned in a very fast second mile, but I had to scale it back due to pain.
Good stretch afterward.
I feel at a slower pace I could have done 3 miles, but am choosing to stick to 2 a day for now.
