very hot and humid with the sun shining down. Also had the biggest hill in shreveport to run up. wasn't prepared for that. Hill was very steep and very long...hurt my time badly...actually had to stop and walk a short distance due to achilles and calf pain. Overall a very difficult course and field...will begin doing hill workouts
