legs still pretty sore from monday's strength training. Also slept badly last night, feel as though i'm coming down with a cold. wanted to run the outdoor track but weather was pretty cold and windy...didn't want to get any sicker so ran indoors. very humid and warm inside, made me tired faster. overall felt that the intervals went well, would like to see if i'm faster outdoors.
