Just did the minimum today. I didn't even want to do 3. It's not hurting that much but I don't like the way it feels especially when I'm just walking around. If I don't feel improvement in the next couple easy runs, I will break my streak and take a rest. Sucks. Also, I'm at my heaviest today cause I've been eating crappy and not running too much. Whatevs. But to end on a positive note, unless my HR monitor has gone haywire, my HR is crazy low recently.
