My calves felt completely fine at the beginning of the run, but I started to feel a bit of tightness in my left calf by the end. Down at the bottom close to the Achilles. I definitely need to take it easy so this doesn't get worse. Looking to just do 3 or so tomorrow. Besides for that, HR was very low on this run. Surprising.
