Notes
This was a nice unplanned progression run. It was my first time hitting double digits since the marathon and I just took it slow in the beginning, but then I just felt like picking it up at the end. I'm not training for anything in particular and I haven't run hard in a while so this was fine. Not sure what kind of weekly mileage I'll be doing for the remainder of the year, but there is no way I'll be able to hit my 2000 mile goal.
