Stupid watch didn't want to get a signal so I finally gave up and started running. Finally after about a half mile it did which screwed up my first split. This was a nice and easy run. Nice temperature but extremely windy outside and on the way back it was directly in my face.

Although not of the same caliber as Jake Gyllenhaal and Ethan Hawke, today I saw two celebrities in one run!

First came famous chef, Bobby Flay. I was about 90% sure it was him, but then I confirmed that he lives in NY and runs marathons. Here’s a photo of him posing right by where I run:

This next one was kind of funny. I was only about 80% sure, because he was on a bike and looked a bit funny, with this pink helmet on. It looked just like Oliver Platt, but it happened so quickly I really wasn’t sure. Well once again, the internet has confirmed it. He looked exactly like this photo:

Both times my HR did not really go up because of my uncertainty :)

Wow! That's really funny we both ran the exact same distance today. I didn't know you saw Jake Gyllenhaal. Good job keeping your HR in check you really are doing a great job with that training and putting in some good easy mileage.

Boy, you are putting in some solid work D. Another big run, and more famous people! You have put together quite a base considering a 7 mile tour yields only a 4/10 on your effort scale. I am starting to wonder if these famous people are logging information about YOU in their workout logs. Maybe they have notes that say "I saw that fast guy that looks like he can run laps around me again. He's so darn fast it makes me wish I was him and not a super rich famous person."
