I didn't feel like running outside because it was colder and windy and I didn't bring any warmer clothes so I just used the treadmill. I think this is going to be a very long treadmill season for me because of the convenience of using the gym clothes.
This was a proper tempo run. I felt strong the whole time and I could have kept going at the end. My goal was to keep my HR under 170 and I pretty much did that except for a bit near the end. I need to continue to be disciplined like this when I do my faster workouts.
