Nice and easy recovery run. Legs are feeling good. Hr was low. Looking to just do easy runs like this rest of the week leading up to Sunday. Normally I'd be throwing in some strides and faster race specific stuff here and there but since I'm looking to not really run faster than high 8 minute pace the whole time, that doesn't really make sense.
