Notes
So this was a bit of a weird workout. I wanted to get a little more practice going up hills so I kept bumping up the incline until I had to walk to keep my HR in check. I don't think this course is that hilly, but I think there may be a few opportunities to walk, which I'll need. Legs are feeling good. I need to sleep better tonight because last night sucked because my back hurt all of a sudden. I think possibly from raking grass two days ago. Didn't bother me while I was running, though.
