A little cooler today. Beautiful running weather which I think is the main reason for the slightly faster pace. Bad news is 169! I was just 166 a few days ago. Did I really eat that much this weekend? I have to stop with the weekend binge eating. Really need to get more strict with the diet. I am going to hit under 160 by the end of September. It doesn't really mean I'm expecting to lose 9 pounds in 5 weeks. I'm talking about my weight after a long run. I bet right now I would be 165 and change after a long run. So I'm looking to lose a little more than a pound a week. Totally doable.
