Nice long run with Frank. Perfect weather all along the tow path from Washington st. in Princeton up 7.5 miles and back. Went a little faster than I had planned but it was alright. Nice to run with someone for a change. Definitely makes the run go by faster although talking the whole way definitely increases the level of effort.
Tomorrow is Disney! My goal is to get three runs in. I'm not going to make myself crazy though and I'm going to enjoy the food as well. Can't wait!
