It just stopped raining so I darted out the door. It was very nice out. 48 feels pretty warm right now. This was a wonderful run despite the higher than normal HR. It felt completely effortless and I just thought about fitcharts the whole time. I picked it up at the end without even noticing. Love this run {sleep,6.5}
