Didn't get a chance to run all day at work. Too busy working :( What gives? Anyways, I had to get this in. Felt pretty good. Knee is about the same. I realized that I don't have much time left before the marathon. I need to get going here. I'm way behind on weekly mileage and long runs. I'm going to have to speed it up a bit, but also not get injured. Probably will do low 30s this week. and then high 30s next week. I think I'm going to start running almost every day to see how that feels again. Also gotta lose some weight. I was doing good going into the relay but then I binged a bit for the couple days that followed. Really need to get under 160 in the next few weeks and hopefully under 155 before the race.
