Treadmill

Notes

Left my HR strap at home so this was a gadget free run on the treadmill. After warming up I just kept it at 7 mph.

But, what the heck is up with my weight?! This I don't get at all. I guess I should be happy, but it makes no sense. I go to Disney World, run only once and eat like a pig and I come back lighter?! Maybe I'm just having a low weight moment and this week will straighten it out. Is it possible I burned that many calories walking miles around the parks? Hmmm. Just when I think I have a handle on weight loss, this crap happens. And then there are the times where I feel like I'm being really good with food and running a ton and I gain weight. Maybe there's a lag between what I'm doing and my weight. Who knows, but I'll take it.
