I actually planned to do 5 but I stopped because my left calf and Achilles were feeling a bit tight. I thought it was better to be safe. I've been stretching it out and massaging it the rest of the day but I think I need to play it safe. This month is already a monster month in terms of miles. Reducing this week may be a good plan. I'm considering moving my 31 to next weekend.

Speaking from recent experience, be careful with the possibility of overtraining - take care of that left calf/Achilles. Your HR on the 8:06 mile is ridunculously low, I'm jealous. Let's talk soon.
