On the treadmill because of the rain. I'm ready to start running a bit faster. This is getting a bit annoying and I'm only on my 5th week. I don't know how folks do this for months. I'm going to stick with it though at least until after the 25k and then I might have to start mixing in speed. It would help if I could lose some weight. But, alas I have no freaking will power.
