ugh. even worse than last time. what the heck! I guess I need to keep being patient and see if this trend plateaus and then reverses. This stinks. Is it because I'm still increasing my miles and I'm not seeing the positive effects yet? Really, really hoping to see an improvement in two weeks. If not, it's going to be hard for me to continue, although I plan on increasing my weekly miles still so maybe I'm setting myself up for disappointment.
