Once again, I didn't have time for a proper long run so I had to settle for a half with 5 miles at pace at the end. I averaged 7:30 for the last 5.1 with a kick at the end. I guess I'll target 7:30 as my target pace for the half which gives me a 1:38:15 which I'll take. Honestly I'll be happy to break 1:40. I'm not feeling too confident due to my lack of mileage recently . I think for me to move to the next level, I have to lose about 10 pounds.
