Ran with Trina. Late leaving and we realized that we stop too long for gels/water/bathroom to get more than about 10 1/2 or 11. We would have to drop the kids and run out the door and take gel on the fly...like we would in a race! We will do it sooner or later. Felt really good! no caffine just beans at about 5 miles, 3/4 of a gel at 6 or 6.5 and then finished strong...felt good but feet were tired and sore. glad to be done. Of course, I forgot my stinkin' Garmin, so this is all off of Trina's run keeper...splits were: 9:54, 9:50, :9:42, 9:57, 10:13, 10:14, 10:00, 10:29, 10:45, 9:43, 9:58. (.6 of a mile) average 10:03,
