With Heather J. Had to stop on the way back to thwart a black snake! it was crazy! Ran for a bit with Molly and Heather but had to let them go...no way I could keep that pace after 2 8milers in a row!! felt okay but very warm and very humid...looking forward to sept and oct weather! :)
