Felt pretty good today compared to Friday; I did take off all weekend though. And then there was the shocking realization that I'm getting fat, which is pretty distressing, seeing as I have hardly been eating, and managed to gain 6 pounds. So I did a relatively intense workout, to take advantage of the lack or pain while it lasts and jumpstart my metabolism again. Started out with 15 minutes on the bike, 30 seconds hard, 30 seconds off, then stretches, then leg lifts with weights, sidestepping, pushups, balancing, crunches, bicep curls, etc. (I don't remember everything, today was really long) then ended with ultrasound on my hip. Did nothing essentially as far as treating my foot, which I think was a good choice because it does not hurt like it usually does after therapy. So maybe things are looking up. I'll probably go for two miles tomorrow and see how I feel. And hopefully not be fat.
