After driving home from a rain-soaking OC, I wanted to get a run done before it started in E-burg
*ran up to the LHS track where I intended 3xMile @ 5:20-5:30
*ran an 800 in 2:40 then my legs just crashed
*followed that up with a few laps sprinting the straights and jogging the turn
*continued with the usual course
I think it's time to change my shoes and get new insoles because my knees are ailing...
