Ran the first leg of the relay
*started off in 2nd behind Jake Klim (ran for UMBC team) running with the Falls Road guy
*didn't wear my GPS watch so I had no idea what pace I was running
*left knee was sore and once we hit the downhill after going around Druid Hill Lake, I couldn't open up my stride
*the leg was 1/2 mile shorter than advertised
We finished 2nd to Falls Rd in 2:22:35 - Carlos ran 2nd leg, Tim Burns (Falls Rd) ran 3rd leg, and Izzy anchored
FUN RACE! But I need to start working hard again...
