Wanted to get a run in before packing up for my WV trip this week
*as I was running on the path along the east side of the lake, I got caught in the middle of the Police Pace 5k
*turned around and ran up the 108 hill then came back into the park and got trapped again
*took another path and finally made it to the light at 108/Centennial Lane
Good three days of running but I need to get on the ball ASAP!
