Didn't run the past couple days while in Columbus, GA as the surrounding area by the hotel was ghetto as shit and I didn't have a lot of free time
*took an earlier flight back and came back to spring-like weather
*legs felt good as expected but I took it easy as I'm running long on the NCR with Carlos and Kevin tomorrow morning
