Chilly morning out there, winter is definitely coming...
*legs felt great after eclipsing 70 miles last week
*stopped at LHS on my way back nd did some strides 4x200 (200 jog) @ 33-34 sec + 4x100 (100 jog) @ 15-16 sec
Shooting for a 75 mile week, LET'S DO IT!
