Drove to the intersection of Frederick Rd and Centennial Lane and parked in the CVS parking lot where I met Mark for an easy run
*didn't map a route out beforehand so we ran up Font Hill, entered on the east entrance to the Park, ran counterclockwise and up the north entrance hill and back via Font Hill
*the run was a bit further than I wanted to run but I couldn't do anything about it
*Mark stopped on Font Hill complaining the run was too tough for him so I finished up by myself
Metric Marathon tomorrow...
