Chilly morning out today

*wanted to start off the week with a semi-long run and a few strides

*legs felt pretty good so I kept the pace honest

*threw in 6x150m strides with easy 50m jog for a bit of turnover

Looking for a 75 mile week with a track workout on Wednesday
