Spent the night at Talley's after meeting Kayden Knapstein earlier in the evening
*wanted to get out and get a run down before driving to Linganore to help Jason at Grapevine
*around Mile 2, I hit a hill that was steep and probably 3/4 mile long
So much for a recovery run...
