Got 2nd place at the Joy to Life race in Montgomery, AL. This was an absolutely terrible race for me. This was the slowest 5k I have run in ages. I don't know what it was, I just never got going and felt like garbage the whole way. The guy who won was really nice though, I think his name was Michael Greenley or something along those lines. He is a British citizen and is a 2:18 marathoner and a professor at Troy. He teaches exercise physiology. Very cool. Anyway, I stunk and need to not stink.
