Notes

Ran the "We've Got Your Back" 4-mile race. Felt OK considering my fitness is pretty crappy right now. Definitely felt the lack of fitness at the end of the race, as the last two miles are uphill. Strangely, though, because I ran smart, I ran almost 30 seconds faster than last year.

EDIT: Apparently this was almost a 30 second PR. Sweet.
