Resurrection run 10k.
First off, this race was really depressing because I actually saw someone die at it. He collapsed at the finish line, received CPR, and it took forever for an ambulance to get there. He never regained a heart beat from what I heard. Absolutely terrible.
Won the race pretty easily, despite the fact that the lead biker directed me the wrong way on the course and I ran at least an extra tenth of a mile, and everyone behind me ran shorter. Nevertheless, won by about 2 minutes.
Still not running impressive times, but at least this is a bit of an improvement from last week. And $100 gift certificate to Montgomery Multisport is not bad either.
But overall, this was a horrible experience watching someone die. I wish the very best for him and his family.
