Once again searing heat from the sun. I am trying to run more often at the same time of day as the race will be. Race starts at 10AM. With my prediction of running it in approx 1:30:00 - I will be running until 11:30AM. It is already unbearable to run at 10AM and the temperature seems to be climbing every day. Yikes.
