More challenging and somewhat-painful road run than I expected; got out to the Thoroughbred start and a small Easter group was there, most of whom I know from runs in years past; most of the group turned around at 2.5 out and I stuck with Kiri until I had to stop to poop at 3.68 in, then continued on my run, did the lake loop and then back and caught up with Kiri again at Mile 9 and ran most of the rest of the way near her; needed an extra mile so I followed Brierbrook and its hills to Poplar back to Exeter, ran thru a shopping center parking lot and then back up Exeter to the start; very sore legs towards the end, including right calf and glute/piriformis and a sharp pain in the left foot at the end of the run
