It's been almost two weeks since I've been out here and I know a good habit is easier to break than to build so it's a good thing I came back out to remind myself why I like it so much (or at least am learning to like it more)
+ 10x TRX rotation, 10x 30# kettlebell EMOM (5x swing, deadlift high pull, thruster), 190#, 210# leg press, 60, 70# leg curl, 80, 85# leg extension, 15# dumbbell shoulder fly, 20# dumbbell forward lateral raise, 45# shoulder shrugs, 1:30 battle ropes
