ALMOST blew this one off after a tough start to the day with generalized soreness throughout the body, sore right kidney (dehydration?), numb fingers, mild headache but finally got around to doing it late afternoon; started at 2% incline because of the number and length of splits (10 @ 0.25mi instead of 8 @ 1:30) and increased incline after 2 intervals up to 3.5% and then increased pace; it was tough but I got it done
