Decided to try and apply a new "system" as part of my treadmill 2-milers: 1 mile at 0.5% and the last pace I ran on the treadmill as part of a 2-mile run and then 1 mile at 0.1 mph faster to see where that gets me; I feel like the leg-strengthening focus is helping and I want to see if I can get some of my old speed back
