Thought about meeting up with SIPR but couldn't motivate myself for a 5:30 am wakeup; instead just tried to pull off something akin to Coach's assigned 13 w/ last mile at HM pace (and that last mile wasn't even close but I'm not sure I care anymore); mostly enjoyed the long solo run in mid-April's budding heat and humidity (and POLLEN!)
