It's been since Monday's treadmill 2-miler since I ran and I haven't really missed it much but I know I need to keep it up and it's a clear, beautiful (if windy) day and a perfect time to get out for 3 or so miles in the park and neighborhood; fatigued fairly quickly but probably because of yesterday's leg day and then today's Highpoint workout.
Strava: "Have you ever realized you hadn't run in 4 days and worried to yourself that you might have forgotten how to run? No? Just me?
Fortunately it all came back to me. I'm not any faster tho 🤷♂️😕"
