Core + Shoulders + Legs; another good workout, originally only had core + legs on schedule but wanted to feel it in the shoulders and added that muscle group to the plan; added 10# dumbbell devil press and squat & clean originally found in Tom's Guide and modeled after YouTube video; saw Sydney, tried to flirt by suggesting the devil's press and that I was trying to impress her with my "workout prowess" but she's not having it; quite the challenge and back-and-forth between working it or just leaving her alone; finally saw some model types working out in the ab area and just had to go check them out so I got in a bonus Bosu ball leg lift exercise
