It took a few extra days given my involvement in completing Landscapalooza #3 in the back yard and I blew off the training run and any strength training since Tuesday but with everything -- including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing -- complete I could *finally* get myself up from a long afternoon nap and get the assigned hill repeat training run done; had I not had the mowing on the schedule (which I preferred to do anyway) I would have, should have run it on the hill at Shelby Farms; this was ok, it wasn't bad with "Up Through The Catacombs" playing thru my earbuds
