FORGOT MY ASSISTED PULL-UPS AND CHIN-DIPS but it was a great Core + Chest + Shoulders workout despite forgetting the first two planned exercises with several new max weights on chest and shoulders that didn't even really seem that hard (or as hard as anticipated); new girl started as employee that -- to me -- looks almost identical to Hannah M.! (And she's young and a cutie -- like Hannah!)
