Originally planned on an outdoors run Wednesday rather than the morning SF group run/workout because it's SOOO hard to get up at 4:15 am and the weather has turned cool again AND I knew I would stay out too late/drink too much at Jesse's campaign fundraiser but then Wednesday I felt like shit all day and took the day of from everything; so 2 days off from running, 1 day off from any workout at all seems to have helped my drive and energy level; a few untimed stops as is customary but really tried to focus on longer stretches without stopping and even at tempo pace, I was pretty successful
