+ 10x TRX rotation, 6x 35# kettlebell EMOM (5x swing, deadlift high pull, thruster), 40# dumbbell chest press, 30# dumbbell incline chest press, 15# dumbbell shoulder fly, 20# dumbbell forward lateral raise, 45# shoulder shrugs
