Climb up + climb back down is a whole different workout!

+ 10x TRX rotation, 6x 35# kettlebell EMOM (5x swing, deadlift high pull, thruster), 40# dumbbell chest press, 30# dumbbell incline chest press, 15# dumbbell shoulder fly, 20# dumbbell forward lateral raise, 45# shoulder shrugs

Spent WAY TOO MUCH time chatting with Alex at the front desk so I had to cut the workout shorter in order to get home for a scheduled call w/ Attorney Crone at 3 pm
