Core + Back + Arms + Legs; another great workout; wasn't feeling it initially while managing a slight headache (dehydration?); but quickly got into it and stuck with all the planned muscle groups, even if length on each was shortened somewhat due to the number of muscle groups; good to focus on arms again and good to see several new max weights here and there; cute girl with nice shape and long, blonde braided hair, talked with her at end of my workout about abductor machine tips and she was friendly enough; that's 3-in-a-row I've talked to that were open to talk and appreciative of tips; then again, I'm older, offering suggestions and not hitting on them (BUT I WOULD!); not doing so probably makes them feel better, more comfortable and I'm not a dirty old creepy man
