6 hrs of sleep. Felt more rested and didn't run in the morning, but got a in a solid run on the treadmill. Didn't push the pace farther than 6:58/2% incline and felt pretty good. After 7 miles did 4 striders at about 5min/mile pace w/ ~1:30 jogs in between for another mile. Felt good to get my legs moving at that pace again.
