ASICS Gel-Kayano 13 (Red Gel Kayano)
In spite of a bit of a cold (which is manifesting itself as joint pain in my elbow and top of my foot), had a nice run. Expected it to be a struggle. In fact, it was an easy, gliding run. Ran with Dave for 4, good conversation.
